ABOUT THE ROLE Elastic, a leading Search AI Company, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Go To Market Recruiter to join our global talent team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will drive the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels, acting as a Talent Advisor to our hiring teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Go To Market Recruiter, you will be responsible for engaging talent, building relationships with hiring teams, and managing the full hiring process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying the right people, getting them engaged, and managing the full hiring process - Building solid relationships with hiring teams and serving as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings - Crafting and improving a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience - Managing and championing our hiring process to provide a consistent experience with the Elastic recruiting team - Participating with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and complete recruiting strategies - Being a passionate Elastic brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment, helping us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of recruiting experience across Sales, ideally from both agency and corporate environments - A passion for understanding at least the basics of what your hiring teams are working on - Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, preferably in a software company, start-up, or company where talent isn't knocking down your door - High attention-to-detail and ability to balance multiple reqs - Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead - Ability to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidates - Ability to establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels - Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle - Solid understanding of ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus!) and recruiting technologies WHY REMOTE As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
