ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Senior Global Event Marketing Manager to drive event production and strategy for our flagship external events and internal events, while leading the development of a three-year Executive Program strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a high-growth company thinks about events as a business driver.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Global Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving event production and strategy for our flagship external events and tier 1 internal events, while leading the development of a three-year Executive Program strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving key workstreams for our flagship conference and other owned, customer-facing programs, including venue management, creative, F&B, AV, and attendee experience.
- Managing strategy, logistics, and ROI for Sales Kickoff and our annual incentive trip.
- Working with our analytics team to define KPIs and build dashboards across our owned events and 200+ regional events.
- Building repeatable ops workflows, vendor templates, creative briefs, and speaker contracts so every event is smarter and faster to execute.
- Leading the development of the three-year Executive Program strategy, including audience segmentation, experience design, measurement framework, and implementation roadmap.
- Managing external speaker sourcing and contracts; identifying and negotiating with marquee talent.
- Managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and optimizing spend.
- Developing and tracking event strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams (promotion, comms, attendee journey).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience driving events at high-growth B2B tech companies.
- Proven track record managing budgets over $5M.
- Experience owning complex, multi-faceted event programs.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to define success metrics.
- Comfort with vendor negotiation, contracts, and accounting processes.
- Excellent project management and ability to execute under tight timelines.
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into executable roadmaps.
