Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Growth organization at Calendly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and running high-impact experiments that improve how users discover, adopt, and pay for Calendly. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end, improving key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization. You will collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and analysts, analyze experiment results, and iterate quickly based on data. You will also contribute to our experimentation platform and growth infrastructure, making thoughtful engineering tradeoffs in pursuit of impact. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of professional software experience, with much of that working on user growth (acquisition, activation, retention) or monetization - Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems - Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end - A data-driven approach to problem solving - The judgment to balance speed and quality in a growth environment - Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces where the path forward is not fully defined and success is measured by outcomes, not effort - A collaborative working style and the ability to partner deeply with product, design, and analytics to drive results - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. The salary range for this role is $224,400 - $271,920 USD (Tier 1), $205,700 - $249,260 USD (Tier 2), or $187,000 - $226,600 USD (Tier 3), depending on your location and experience.
