ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Executive Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Twilio’s executive team, translating business strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, operational excellence, and customer success. You will work cross‑functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance to align initiatives, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with Twilio’s vision and market opportunities.
You will lead the analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance metrics to inform executive decision‑making.
You will design and implement frameworks for project governance, risk management, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
You will facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to the executive board, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You will mentor junior business partners, cultivating a high‑performing team that upholds Twilio’s standards of excellence and innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced qualification is preferred.
You bring at least 8 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or business consulting, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership.
You possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data modeling, financial forecasting, and performance measurement.
You are adept at managing multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
You excel in communication, able to distill complex concepts into concise narratives for diverse audiences.
You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable driving change across a global, distributed organization.
