ABOUT THE ROLE Grafana Labs is seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Japan by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide consultative sales expertise to articulate the value of our products. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition, your primary responsibilities will include: - Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals - Outbound prospecting into net-new customers - Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations - Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads - Developing a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, and conveying their value to customers - Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce and ensuring timely quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales - A proven track record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, with a strong performance history - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong working relationships in person and virtually - Adaptability and experience working in high-velocity technology companies - Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage - Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales tools WHY REMOTE As a 100% remote company, we bring together talent from around the world, united by a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.
