Senior Enablement Business Partner ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Enablement Business Partner at Twilio, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customers and partners. You will design and deliver training programs, workshops, and content to educate customers on the latest Twilio technologies and best practices. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our customers and partners, helping them to navigate complex technical and business challenges. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) business models, customer success strategies, and technical communication principles. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing enablement programs that drive customer adoption and revenue growth. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing, is preferred. Proficiency in a range of technical tools and platforms, including web conferencing and content management systems, is also essential.
