Salesloft
Senior Director, Product Strategy & Operations
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations to join Clari + Salesloft, a leading provider of Predictive Revenue Systems. As a key member of our Product organization, you will be responsible for transforming qualitative customer signals and quantitative product telemetry into commercial strategies that drive our growth. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our product-led initiatives are executed with precision across every department in the company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Building rigorous financial models and business cases to justify new investments, market entries, and portfolio pivots.
- Establishing a framework for measuring the return on R&D investment and continuously auditing product performance against projected commercial outcomes.
- Architecting and managing the global Product Scorecard and defining "North Star" metrics to ensure all team OKRs are mathematically linked to top-line company growth.
- Serving as the primary connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align disparate departments and ensure product-led initiatives are supported company-wide.
- Leading the cross-functional "Go-to-Product" engine and owning the operational readiness, field enablement, and launch synchronization for all major releases.
- Designing and scaling the "Product Operating System" and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to sunset.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in Management Consulting, Finance, or a highly analytical Product role, with experience navigating complex financial models and SQL databases.
- The ability to take "noisy" data and extract a clear, compelling narrative that convinces skeptical executives to change course.
- Experience leading teams in high-growth environments (>$100M ARR) and implementing systems that survived a 2x or 3x increase in headcount.
- Understanding of how to leverage the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Pendo, etc.) and AI-driven sentiment analysis to automate reporting and focus on high-value strategy.
WHY REMOTE
As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a dynamic team that values inclusivity and diversity. Our company is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive.
BENEFITS
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.
- A generous paid time off policy and flexible work arrangements.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
If you are excited about this role and are passionate about transforming how companies run revenue, we encourage you to apply.
