ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a senior, AI-native demand generation marketer to join Grafana Labs, a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. As a key member of our center of excellence for AI-native marketing, you'll own and evolve our lifecycle nurture programs to drive deeper personalization, continuous optimization, and bigger business impact at scale. This role blends AI-driven program design, multi-channel execution, and the influence to set the standard for how AI-native marketing works across our GTM teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a senior, AI-native demand generation marketer, you'll be responsible for innovating on the AI-native lifecycle marketing strategy, setting standards, playbooks, and best practices for other GTM programs to adopt. You'll also own our AI email machine, driving the next phase of Grafana's AI nurture engine to generate significant business impact.
