ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a senior, AI-native demand generation marketer to join Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for owning and evolving our lifecycle nurture programs, taking them to the next phase of deeper personalization, continuous optimization, and bigger business impact at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll blend AI-driven program design, multi-channel execution, and influence to set the standard for AI-native marketing across our GTM teams. You'll innovate on the AI-native lifecycle marketing strategy, setting standards, playbooks, and best practices for other GTM programs to adopt. You'll also own our AI email machine, driving the next phase of Grafana's AI nurture engine to generate business impact at scale. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in AI-native demand generation marketing, with experience in developing and executing lifecycle nurture programs. You'll have a proven track record of driving business impact through AI-driven program design and multi-channel execution. You'll also be an excellent communicator, able to partner directly with GTM leadership across marketing, sales, and operations to own shared outcomes and business impact of campaigns.
