ABOUT THE ROLE
Precision Medicine Group is a global leader in clinical research, dedicated to accelerating the development of transformative therapies. As a Senior Contracts and Budget Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every legal agreement and budget aligns with our rigorous scientific standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Operations study teams, sponsors, and site partners across North America and Europe to deliver contracts that support the timely execution of clinical trials. Your expertise will safeguard the company’s interests while fostering productive relationships with external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will prepare, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of agreements, including Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and their amendments, as well as vendor contracts and site budgets. You will lead all interactions with internal study teams, external sites, and sponsors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on contractual terms. You will resolve any contractual issues in partnership with supervisors and stakeholders, maintaining adherence to company policies and industry standards. You will coordinate the execution of agreements, manage contract files and databases, and archive documents in a secure, searchable system. You will provide regular status updates to study team members and sponsors, keeping all parties informed of negotiation progress and execution milestones. You will also support continuous improvement of contract processes and contribute to the development of best‑practice templates and guidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience in contract management, preferably within clinical research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical settings. You bring at least three years of hands‑on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements, including NDAs, CTAs, and amendments. You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to navigate complex regulatory and commercial considerations. You are proficient in contract lifecycle management tools and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Your communication skills are exemplary, enabling you to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex contractual concepts in plain language. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple agreements simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
