ABOUT THE ROLE We're Oscar, a health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs to contribute to and own mission-critical workflows in our Regulatory Affairs function. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Independent Dispute Resolution process in assigned jurisdictions. This includes intake of disputes from providers, negotiation with business unit support, performing administrative functions, and preparing arbitration briefings where needed. You will also keep tabs on developments related to the No Surprises Act policies and support the Regulatory Affairs function in serving as an enterprise-wide resource on public policy and IDR trends. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as the humanities, legal studies, political science, public policy, public administration, or public health. You will also need at least 2 years of experience in cross-functional project management, communicating with and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders, and distilling complex issues into digestible action items. Additionally, experience with legislative tracking software, Google Workspace, and the Affordable Care Act and the No Surprises Act is highly desirable. WHY REMOTE This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. You will be fully remote, with the possibility of adapting to a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area in the future. BENEFITS The base pay for this role is $71,439 - $93,895 per year, with a higher range of $79,488 - $104,328 per year for candidates residing in New Jersey and New York. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
