You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, nurture campaigns, and deliver a seamless experience that showcases Dropbox’s value proposition across the buyer journey. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and execute multi‑channel ABM programs that target key decision makers within priority accounts, leveraging personalization, intent data, and account‑specific content.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop account playbooks, battle cards, and ROI calculators that empower the sales team to close high‑value deals.
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact, translating insights into actionable optimizations and reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Manage the ABM budget, ensuring efficient spend across paid media, content production, and technology tools while meeting ROI targets.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops to align product, content, and sales teams around account priorities and messaging cadence.
- Mentor junior marketers and share best practices to elevate the overall ABM maturity within the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in account‑based marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Terminus, Engagio) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with SQL, data modeling, and interpreting attribution data to refine strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling account‑specific narratives for C‑suite audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create unified go‑to‑market plans.
- Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and measuring ROI in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
