ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Verification Expert to empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the authenticity and quality of our products, including footwear, streetwear, and collectibles. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting and processing products to meet our strict standards of condition and verification. You'll work closely with our operations and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your tasks will include: Inspecting and processing footwear, streetwear, and collectibles to ensure they meet our standards Proactively identifying process improvements with site leadership and other team members Supporting the operations team in inbound and outbound functions as directed Contributing to the cleanliness standards and processes of the site Maintaining site safety standards WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
