SDC Manager, GTM Accelerate

ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe Accelerate is a division of Professional Services at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Implementation Specialists dedicated to providing technical guidance throughout the user's implementation journey with Stripe. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the SDC Manager, GTM Accelerate, you will lead a team of Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality integrations and ensure a simple, effective experience for users. Your responsibilities will include: - Hiring, leading, and developing a team of Implementation Specialists - Overseeing project delivery of the assigned book of business - Effectively managing team capacity through project assignments, resource allocation, and forward capacity planning - Coordinating escalations across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services teams - Managing the onboarding process for new Implementation Specialists - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and adopting new practices that enhance service delivery - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives - Advocating for exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with users WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing professional services and/or customer success/support teams in a high-growth technology environment - 10+ years of customer-facing experience in an infrastructure, platform, or SaaS business - Ability to convey complex business and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Experience working cross-functionally with global teams to deliver high-impact initiatives - Operational mindset with experience in launching new processes and delivering services - Analytical skills to investigate, prioritize, and identify the root cause of issues - Comfort operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that is dedicated to increasing the GDP of the internet.
