ABOUT THE ROLE Tiger Calcium Services Inc. is a leading provider of industrial surface preparation solutions across North America. We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our distributed team and help deliver high‑quality, compliant surface treatments for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role you will operate and maintain sandblasting equipment, prepare surfaces, and collaborate with project managers and safety teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise will directly support our mission to provide reliable, environmentally responsible surface preparation services that protect and enhance our clients’ assets. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Operate and calibrate abrasive blasting equipment to achieve precise surface profiles and finish specifications. - Prepare work areas by cleaning, masking, and setting up protective barriers to meet safety and environmental regulations. - Inspect finished surfaces, perform quality control checks, and document results in accordance with company and client standards. - Maintain equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive upkeep. - Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, estimate material usage, and track project progress using our project management platform. - Provide remote guidance and training to field technicians, ensuring consistent application of best practices across all sites.
