Sales Sector Lead - Public Sector

ABOUT THE ROLE Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Sales Sector Lead - Public Sector to drive the growth of our Justice & Public Safety business across the UK. This strategic player-coach role requires a strong track record of growing enterprise technology businesses, experience selling into Justice, Public Safety, or Central Government, and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Sector Lead - Public Sector, you will own the strategy and growth of Elastic's Justice & Public Safety business, building trusted relationships with senior leaders across government and Blue Light organisations. You will lead complex strategic pursuits, expand Elastic's platform across Search, Security, Observability, and AI, and collaborate across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes. You will also develop customer and partner ecosystems, mentor colleagues, and help shape the future of the business. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong track record of growing enterprise technology businesses, experience selling into Justice, Public Safety, or Central Government, executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
