Hightouch
Sales Operations Lead
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join Hightouch as a Sales Operations Lead. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role that requires a seasoned professional to own problems end-to-end and drive real impact. The Sales Operations Lead will be the right hand to our Head of Revenue Operations and a force multiplier for the entire GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Operations Lead, you will be responsible for owning pipeline and funnel analysis with a bias toward action. This includes tracking how deals move through the funnel, finding what's broken, deeply understanding why, proposing a fix, shipping it, and learning from it. You will also support the weekly forecast with bottoms-up rigor and surface risk before it becomes a miss. Additionally, you will run territory and account management as a living system, maintaining coverage models, balancing books of business as we grow, helping reassess segmentation, and evolving propensity scoring, intent signals, and routing so reps are pointed at the right accounts. You will also build reporting and systems that scale, developing dashboards, models, and repeatable processes so insight and operations don't get reinvented every cycle. Furthermore, you will connect dots across the GTM org, partnering across marketing, finance, pre-sales, post-sales, and the exec team to surface information and collaborate across these groups.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to have operated in high-growth, high-velocity sales environments, ideally with 50+ AEs at a company selling enterprise software at multi-$100K or $1M+ price points through direct outbound and partnerships. You will need to think from first principles, questioning whether a process is right in the first place and fixing what's broken or building what's missing. You will also need to have a bias toward iteration over perfection, shipping an imperfect fix that moves a decision forward rather than spending two weeks on something polished that lands too late. Additionally, you will need to be genuinely hands-on-keyboard, building your own reports, writing your own queries, and configuring the systems yourself. You will also need to have fast-growing fluency in using AI to accelerate your work.
WHY REMOTE
Hightouch is a remote-first company, and this role is location independent. We believe that remote work allows for greater flexibility and work-life balance, and we are committed to creating a culture that supports and empowers our team members to work from anywhere.
BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, parental leave, education stipend, life insurance, and equipment stipend.
