WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Partnering with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion Striking a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements Using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling communications Immersing yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to converse with our client persona, guiding them on how Elastic solutions can meet their objectives and drive their businesses forward WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of Sales/ SDR experience, also including roles held during university studies Receptive towards feedback, coupled with an appetite for personal growth Gifted at engaging with potential new clients via a multi-channel approach Motivated to meet and surpass targets Inspired to contribute to a vision and community that extends beyond individual ambitions Fluency in English WHY REMOTE As a remote-friendly company, we value flexibility and work-life balance.
