WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media, leveraging Twilio’s CRM and sales automation tools.
- Qualify leads by assessing business needs, budget, timeline, and technical fit, ensuring alignment with Twilio’s value proposition.
- Conduct discovery conversations that uncover pain points and map solutions to Twilio’s product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records of interactions in Salesforce, contributing to forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with account executives to schedule and support discovery meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
- Analyze outreach metrics, iterate messaging, and share insights with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or cloud communications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and qualification targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation, and productivity tools (Gmail, Outlook, Slack).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a high volume of daily activities, and thrive in a remote, distributed environment.
