As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in helping our users and prospects navigate their Grafana journey, partnering with our Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, and developing valuable, transferable skills to achieve your career goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an SDR, you will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining knowledge of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends - Following up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently - Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts - Utilizing Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research - Using research and data to prioritize and customize outreach to target prospects and accounts via email and LinkedIn - Driving effective discovery conversations to understand users' needs and goals and provide them with the appropriate resources and communicate how Grafana can help them - Consistently meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to win as a team WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - To be located in the NORAM region - To be open to feedback and coaching and always looking for ways to improve - A clear and concise written and verbal communication style - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize many tasks and demands - A willingness and ability to take on any task, no matter how small or big, with a focus on quality - To be resourceful and proactive in an environment that is constantly evolving - To be driven by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude WHY REMOTE Grafana Labs is a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries.
