WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for navigating users and prospects through their Grafana journey, engaging with them to provide resources and guidance, and partnering with our Sales Team to identify new business opportunities. You will also develop valuable, transferable skills to achieve your career goals. Your core missions will be to: - Help users and prospects navigate their Grafana journey - Partner with our Sales Team to connect with influential people in organizations to identify new business opportunities - Develop valuable, transferable skills to achieve your career goals You will balance reactive and proactive work, responding to inbound inquiries and outreaching to target accounts. You will need to research and have a detective mindset to craft thoughtful, value-add messaging, and be confident driving business conversations on the phone.
