We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers ordering online, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience that reflects the warmth and quality of our brand. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, fulfillment, and culinary teams to drive sales, manage customer expectations, and uphold the high standards that our guests expect. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will greet and assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations for our menu items and catering options. You will process orders, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction, contributing directly to our online sales targets. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM, flag trends, and share insights with the product team to improve offerings. You will support inventory coordination with the kitchen, ensuring that online orders match in‑house availability. You will uphold company policies, safety practices, and brand guidelines in every customer interaction. You will participate in regular virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service. You bring at least one year of retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably in a food or hospitality environment. You are comfortable using basic computer tools, including email, spreadsheets, and a CRM platform. You are a quick learner, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast‑moving company.
