ABOUT THE ROLE AMX Superstores is the largest Australian retailer of motorcycle accessories, operating 47 stores across the country and a thriving online presence. We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join our Bendigo team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a smile. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will greet customers, provide knowledgeable product advice, and drive sales to meet or exceed daily targets. You will maintain the visual appeal of the showroom, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. You will collaborate with teammates to execute promotional events and inventory management tasks. You will uphold safety standards by following procedures and reporting any hazards. You will contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices. You will also assist with online order fulfilment and returns when required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and a strong desire to help customers find the right gear. You bring at least one year of retail experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You are comfortable lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your daily duties. You possess excellent communication skills and can build rapport quickly with diverse customers. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while supporting a team. You are available for a flexible, 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays, and can work through the Christmas/New Year period.
