ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Routesetter to join our team at SetRsoft. The Routesetter will be responsible for creating and setting routes for our climbing walls, ensuring a high level of quality and safety for our users. This role requires a strong understanding of climbing routes and the ability to work independently. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Routesetter, you will be responsible for: - Creating and setting new climbing routes on our walls - Inspecting and maintaining existing routes to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards - Collaborating with our team to develop new route ideas and concepts - Troubleshooting issues with routes and making necessary adjustments - Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in route setting WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A strong understanding of climbing routes and safety protocols - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Physical stamina to climb and inspect routes regularly WHY REMOTE As a remote Routesetter, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
