As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will partner with Regional Business Leaders to drive global and regional revenue strategies. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, you will own core business operations for the region, focusing on in-depth quantitative analysis and problem-solving. You will work closely with the VP of North America and cross-functional teams to quickly understand opportunities and implement solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary advisor to the North America VP on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations - Performing strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement - Supporting annual planning cycles, including goaling, coverage model revisions, territory design, and cascading our financial plan - Driving continuous improvement through standard operating cadences, including weekly forecast and metric reviews, and monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews - Defining, managing, and providing insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams - Collaborating with sales, finance, revenue operations, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic projects to drive growth, increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue WHAT YOU'LL NEED We're looking for someone with 3+ years of total work experience in an analytical role, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting. You should have: - Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex and large data sets - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - A track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth - High motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact WHY REMOTE As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and innovative team. The total target cash compensation (TTCC) for this position is $174,600 - $213,400 across the United States, including base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions.
