Revenue Implementation Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Revenue Implementation Consultant to support enterprise-level implementations of Zuora Revenue and Order-to-Revenue SaaS solutions. As a key member of our Solution Design & Implementation Support team, you will work closely with Solution Architects, customers, and partners to design, configure, and deliver scalable revenue accounting platforms aligned to ASC 606, IFRS, US GAAP, and industry best practices. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Revenue Implementation Consultant, you will serve as both a functional and technical expert, supporting requirements workshops, designing end-to-end solutions, leading customer demos, supporting integrations, and guiding customers through go-live and adoption. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in business requirements and analysis sessions with the client's Finance, Accounting, IT, and RevOps teams - Performing FIT/GAP analysis against Zuora capabilities and revenue standards - Documenting business requirements, user stories, and design specifications and driving customer sign-off - Designing end-to-end Order-to-Revenue process flows, data models, revenue accounting configurations, and integration strategies - Configuring Zuora Revenue in alignment with approved designs - Leading customer demos, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and Proofs of Concept (POC) - Collaborating with technical teams to design integration mappings and data migration strategies - Executing and supporting functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Providing hands-on support for data migration, cutover activities, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare - Creating operational procedures, support guides, and end-user documentation - Providing ongoing functional and technical advisory services to customers and partners - Guiding customers on ASC 606 best practices, revenue automation, and governance models WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - Strong Accounting background and exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition standards - Experience with Order-to-Revenue processes in major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.) - Hands-on experience with data conversion, period close processes, and revenue/ERP systems - Strong communication, facilitation, and customer engagement skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple customer projects - Proven ability to thrive in an Agile environment, effectively managing deliverables across sprints and collaborating with cross-functional teams via Scrum frameworks WHY REMOTE As a globally distributed company, we empower our teams to design efficient and flexible ways of working.
