ABOUT THE ROLE As a Resume Inbox team member at Mark Thomas, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating resumes submitted by candidates interested in joining our organization. Your role is crucial in identifying potential talent and ensuring that we connect with the most suitable candidates for our current job openings. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Review and assess resumes submitted by candidates to determine their relevance to our current job openings - Evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, and skills to identify potential matches for our organization - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate evaluation process - Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their application and provide feedback as necessary WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Strong analytical and evaluation skills to assess candidate resumes and qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and the Talent Acquisition team - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of resumes and candidate communications WHY REMOTE As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
