ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for Immunology in Porto Alegre, Brazil. This role is a unique opportunity to develop treatments, seek cures, and pioneer from the laboratory to life, while supporting patients throughout their journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Representative for Immunology, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and demonstrating our products to healthcare professionals, showcasing a solid understanding of diseases, treatments, and competitor products.
- Guiding and generating reflections on doctors' decisions regarding treatments, clarifying the value of our products, as well as transparency on side effects and contraindications.
- Planning a productive visitation schedule in hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care facilities, focusing on priority doctors according to the action plan developed for the cycle.
- Maintaining an updated medical directory, prospecting new healthcare professionals with high potential, and reevaluating the productivity of your client panel regularly, proposing changes when necessary for the business.
- Planning and negotiating educational medical activities in line with marketing strategies with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Implementing a robust planning and execution of visits, adopting the CIA interaction model, as well as the order of visits and actions aiming for short, medium, and long-term results.
- Analyzing CIA indicators against established objectives through audit reports and proposing action plans for your territory.
- Understanding the healthcare system scenario in your territory, creating a detailed and strategic mapping of each account in your panel to act on opportunities and minimize barriers during the patient's journey.
- Demonstrating strong strategic connection with various internal stakeholders to accelerate the execution of action plans in priority accounts through clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
- Continuously seeking self-development, not limiting yourself to CIA tools and resources, and sharing and helping peers in individual growth.
- Proactively seeking feedback from your immediate manager and other colleagues to improve performance and career growth, demonstrating engagement in your own development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or post-graduation desirable
- Previous commercial experience, excluding the pharmaceutical industry or experience in the pharmaceutical industry outside of commercial areas
- Experience in any area of healthcare will be considered a differential
- Basic English
- Valid CNH is indispensable
- Availability for 50% travel time
- Residency in the job location
