WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial crime reporting, compliance, or related roles within a regulated banking environment. - In‑depth knowledge of French AML/CFT regulations, FIU reporting requirements, and EU directives such as the 5th AML Directive. - Proven ability to translate regulatory mandates into clear, actionable processes and to automate routine reporting tasks. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data manipulation tools (Retool, Looker, GSheets) and a track record of deriving insights from complex datasets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, capable of drafting concise, regulatory‑compliant reports. - Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment. WHY REMOTE Bunq embraces a fully distributed, asynchronous culture that empowers employees to manage their own time while collaborating across time zones.
