Regional Vice President - Sales, ANZ

ABOUT THE ROLE As Regional Vice President - Sales, ANZ, you will have the opportunity to lead and scale our Sydney-based sales team covering the Australia and New Zealand region. With a talented group already in place, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in this key focus market. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for leading a regional team of Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives who manage customer relationships from prospecting to post-sales growth. You will also be responsible for: - Developing and executing the Go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution in ANZ - Building and strengthening relationships with direct customers and focus partners in the region - Overseeing the daily activities and performance of individual Account Executives and first-line sales leaders - Recruiting, hiring, and developing strategies to build a high-performing team - Coaching the sales team and sharing best practices with the broader organization - Collaborating with the APAC General Manager to align strategy and goals with the wider vision for the region WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A proven track record of scaling a software business in the ANZ market, including sales, people, and first-line leaders, ideally within the integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software space - A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a country/region quota - Passion for mentoring Account Executives to help them grow in their careers - An enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working in a high-growth environment WHY REMOTE Workato is a flexible and trust-oriented company that empowers its employees to take full ownership of their roles.
