Regional Vice President - Enterprise Expand East

ABOUT THE ROLE Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and expand business with our Enterprise accounts in the Eastern and Midwest regions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in these critical markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape - Creating and owning sales plans, compensation structures, and customer segmentation - Driving Elastic's sales methodology to ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas - Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment - Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Open Source community representatives and partner ecosystems - Traveling regularly to support deal creation and closure, as well as providing managerial support to your team as needed - Partnering with Elastic's leadership community to ensure seamless customer experiences WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - A consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives in a fast-paced, technical client acquisition environment - Strong SaaS sales leadership experience in the Enterprise/Strategic market - Executive-level relationships with key accounts - Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment - Experience working within an Open Source model (bonus points) WHY REMOTE As a distributed company, Elastic values diversity and flexibility.
