Regional Training Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Regional Training Supervisor to execute the learning and development strategy for our rapidly expanding network in our Central and Eastern regions. As a trailblazer in the home services industry, you'll have the unique chance to revolutionize how training and development shape success with Guild Garage Group. This role puts you at the forefront of something BIG, empowering technicians, CSRs, leaders, and sales teams with the tools they need to drive growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Regional Training Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying training needs and working with your leader to design solutions that fuel growth
- Partnering with owners, department heads, and employees to create a powerful training roadmap for continued development
- Providing field coaching support, virtually working 1:1 or in small groups with individuals who need a little more support
- Facilitating and creating training programs, delivering engaging, next-level training sessions and creating necessary content to address training needs and knowledge gaps
- Evaluating program success, tracking success using real-time metrics and analytics, and presenting findings to senior leadership
- Building relationships and partnering with field operations, ensuring that field trainers and leaders are fully supported with the tools and strategies they need to execute flawless training sessions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a related field, with demonstrated success supporting and developing others
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training
- Ability to build credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching, partnership, and accountability rather than authority
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, stakeholders, and time zones simultaneously
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across departments
- Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS experience is a plus) and comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities

This role is 100% remote with 25% travel, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being able to support our rapidly expanding network.
