Regional Marketing Associate | UK | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Regional Marketing Associate to join our team at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing key elements of our regional marketing plan with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. You will work closely with your manager to deliver assigned initiatives effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities, including event planning, vendor coordination, registration management, logistics, and asset review. You will also be responsible for building and managing event registrations, attendee communications, and campaign workflows in various tools, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com. Additionally, you will perform quality assurance reviews of event setup, assets, and attendee experiences before launch, and maintain accurate project timelines, status updates, and program data. You will also support our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and regional marketing programs by executing assigned activities, such as email builds, landing page setup, paid social coordination, and asset quality assurance. You will collaborate with our Sales and SDR teams, and escalate risks when needed. Furthermore, you will use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in content creation, data management, quality assurance, and reporting while ensuring deliverables are accurate and complete. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of experience in field or regional marketing, or events. You will also need to have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday is required, or the ability to ramp quickly in existing tools. You will also need to be comfortable using AI in everyday work, with the judgment to validate and refine its output. BENEFITS In the United Kingdom, the base compensation range for this role is 43,000 - 52,000 EUR.
