You'll also ensure platform compliance, collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback, and strive to achieve viral impact. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 1-2 years of experience editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok, with a portfolio of approved, published reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality. - Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to interpret creator content, understand briefs, and communicate effectively in both languages. - Expert-level proficiency in CapCut, with experience in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued.
