ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Meeting Optimization Specialist to join Stripe, where you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the effectiveness of our meetings. Your primary goal will be to identify areas where in-person meetings can be optimized, and to develop strategies to minimize friction and maximize productivity. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Meeting Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with our leadership team to analyze meeting goals and outcomes, and to develop data-driven recommendations for improving our meeting processes. You will conduct research on best practices in meeting optimization, and will work to implement a deliberate blend of virtual and in-person meetings that allows our team to do their best work. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing meeting data to identify areas for improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to optimize meeting effectiveness - Collaborating with leadership to develop and communicate meeting best practices - Conducting research on meeting optimization best practices - Identifying opportunities to minimize friction and maximize productivity in our meetings WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. You should have experience with data analysis and research, and be able to develop and implement strategies to improve meeting effectiveness. A background in business or a related field is highly desirable.
