R&D Team Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a talented R&D Team Leader to join JFrog Security's innovative development team. As a vital part of our mission to deliver leading security solutions, you will contribute to the development of security products that ensure the safety and integrity of our customers' software throughout the entire lifecycle, from code development to runtime operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an R&D Team Leader at JFrog Security, you will lead a team of 4-6 developers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems. Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design to release, ensuring risks and issues are identified and managed closely, and driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards. You will also make key decisions to ensure the right effort for the successful implementation of all initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be an R&D Team Leader at JFrog Security, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a leader and at least 8 years as an engineer. You should have experience in managing highly-skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them. You should also have a strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones, and overcoming challenges.
