ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT and ERP professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up various computer systems, servers, and networks, as well as managing our ERP software and other technical systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Maintain and set up computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices - Manage and secure our server infrastructure, including two high-security servers - Configure and maintain our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN - Set up and manage our BlackBoxMail Server, supporting up to 25 email IDs - Install and maintain CCTV cameras, including 54 cameras and three DVR systems - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our PPMS software, ensuring timely updates and queries - Develop and implement small-scale software applications - Configure and maintain our EPBX system - Manage CNC, SPM machine programs, and perform backup operations - Support marking machine and software operations - Maintain and set up PLC-based machine software - Manage attendance machine operations - Design and create custom boxes and packaging materials using CAD and Photoshop - Develop new marking designs based on customer requests - Troubleshoot and resolve internet-related issues - Coordinate the production of product CD catalogs - Source and purchase IT-related equipment and supplies - Collaborate with the excise department to resolve any pending issues WHAT YOU'LL NEED A strong background in IT and ERP systems, with experience in managing complex technical infrastructure. Proficiency in software development, network configuration, and server management is essential. Familiarity with CAD and Photoshop design tools is also desirable.
