ABOUT THE ROLE Glow & Grow is a dynamic marketing agency that partners with brands to elevate their retail presence. We are looking for a Promo Merchandiser to join our remote team and ensure that products are presented in the most compelling way across all points of sale. In this role you will translate strategic planograms into on‑floor reality, maintain product visibility, and drive sales through meticulous merchandising execution. Your work will directly influence customer experience and brand perception, supporting our clients’ growth objectives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will execute daily merchandising tasks, including cleaning, arranging, and displaying products in accordance with planograms. You will monitor shelf placement, price tags, and promotional signage to guarantee accuracy and brand consistency. You will track inventory levels, report stock shortages, and coordinate with supply teams to prevent out‑of‑stock situations. You will analyze competitor activity and pricing, providing actionable insights to improve market positioning. You will collaborate with creative and sales teams to develop and implement innovative display concepts that increase product visibility and drive impulse purchases. You will maintain detailed reports on merchandising performance, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending process improvements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A high school diploma or technical degree, with proven experience in merchandising, in‑store promotion, or retail execution. Strong knowledge of planogram software and inventory control systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using time‑tracking and attendance tools such as Telson or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly to cross‑functional teams. High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
