ABOUT THE ROLE Dart is a leading engineering solutions provider that delivers high‑impact projects across the Americas. The Project Systems Specialist will join our Project Operations team to ensure that our project management systems run smoothly, data is accurate, and insights are delivered in a timely manner. This role is pivotal to the success of our projects, providing the technical backbone that enables project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to focus on delivering value to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Deliver day‑to‑day technical support for the PMWeb platform and other project management tools, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to users across multiple sites. - Monitor system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with IT and development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. - Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and other BI artifacts that provide actionable insights for project teams and senior leadership. - Manage and refine system administration policies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry best practices. - Conduct periodic system inspections on project sites, gathering data, validating configurations, and ensuring that on‑site systems are aligned with corporate standards. - Champion data quality initiatives, performing QA/QC checks, and driving continuous improvement in information management processes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of four years in a systems or technical support role, with at least two years focused on SSRS reporting. - Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with C# is a strong plus. - Hands‑on experience administering project management systems such as PMWeb, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. - Willingness to travel to project sites for inspections, with the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light equipment as required.
