ABOUT THE ROLE The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is a statutory body established to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead and deliver projects effectively, promoting and providing advice on project management techniques, methodologies, and tools. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design evaluation frameworks, gather and analyse data, and develop reports. They will also possess high-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: - Proven experience in managing and leading project delivery in a project management environment - Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to promote and provide advice on their use - Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, including designing evaluation frameworks and developing reports - High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with stakeholders - Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts to different audiences - Proven ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with team members - Demonstrated experience thinking critically to deliver successful projects and achieve collaborative customer-focused outcomes WHY REMOTE As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a healthy and balanced work and home life.
