Project Manager- Pharmacy Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're Oscar, a health insurance company that's built around a full-stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We're hiring a Project Manager- Pharmacy Associate to support our program implementations and operational improvements. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business alignment, and supporting change management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Project Manager- Pharmacy Associate, you will be responsible for organizing and supporting daily activities based on the goals of the program. You will identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives, support implementations end to end to ensure success, and lead certain components of the program. You will also partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, support the tracking and monitoring of controls, and develop tools and standards to support team programs year over year. Additionally, you will develop meeting materials, track and follow-up on action items, and assist with management of all project plans.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience. You will also need 3+ years of experience working for a PBM, Payer, or Pharmacy Consulting firm, with a focus on reviewing healthcare data. Additionally, you will need 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams/projects and change management, as well as 1+ years of experience working with health insurance regulation/compliance and 1+ years of experience working with technical teams, integrations or product management.
WHY REMOTE
This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in the Dallas, Texas area. You will be fully remote, but our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.
