Program Manager, GTM Strategic Programs

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join Stripe's Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet by building GTM strategy, incubating programs, and providing program management expertise across global, cross-functional programs. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for solving GTM's most pressing challenges. You will work on building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end, managing cross-functional teams, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end - Managing cross-functional teams and resources - Developing strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe - Identifying improvement opportunities for the Revenue teams - Developing a Programs Center of Excellence - Prioritizing among various projects and synthesizing data to guide strategy and decision-making - Making C-suite-level recommendations and driving decisions WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Experience working in a sales and marketing organization - 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline - A strong track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents in a changing, ambiguous environment end-to-end - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Demonstrated leadership qualities throughout their work - Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global team that is passionate about increasing the GDP of the internet.
