ABOUT THE ROLE Shopper1st is building the next generation of e‑commerce experiences, empowering shoppers worldwide with AI‑driven personalization and frictionless checkout. As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, translating market insights into a roadmap that drives growth, engagement, and profitability. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver features that delight users and differentiate Shopper1st in a crowded marketplace. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that every feature aligns with our strategic objectives and user needs. You will conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data‑driven experiments to validate hypotheses and inform prioritization. You will write clear, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedule. You will monitor key performance indicators, iterate on product performance, and communicate progress and insights to stakeholders. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, transparency, and a bias toward action. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have 3–5 years of product management experience in a fast‑paced SaaS or e‑commerce environment, with a proven track record of launching successful features that drive user engagement and revenue. You possess strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and make evidence‑based decisions. You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for both technical and non‑technical audiences. You thrive in a collaborative setting, building consensus across diverse teams while maintaining focus on the end‑user. You are proficient with product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma, and have experience working with agile methodologies. You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced product certification is a plus.
