Product Manager, Link - Local Payment Methods

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly ambitious and impact-oriented Product Manager to join the Link team at Stripe. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the strategy to create differentiated payment experiences for our merchants and consumers. You will operate at the intersection of payments complexity and consumer product craft, bringing structure to ambiguous markets and setting the direction for a team working on one of Stripe's most strategic consumer bets. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining Link's local payment method strategy and roadmap, building localized experiences for merchants and consumers globally. You will engage directly with merchants and consumers, analyzing feedback and market trends to inform product development. You will champion user insights within Link and represent user needs across the broader Stripe organization. You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate a comprehensive, frictionless experience for Link consumers across diverse payment methods. You will set the pace for prioritization and execution, partnering seamlessly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch initiatives aligned with company-wide goals. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product management, ideally with 8+ years of experience working on a mix of consumer-facing and enterprise products. You will need to have high taste, design empathy, and sharp judgment, as well as a rigorous approach to data analysis. You will need to be able to optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases, and have a strong ownership mindset. You will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling user problems into precise, actionable framing.
