Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a commercially-minded Product Manager to support the growth of our hospital partnerships business at Doximity. As a key member of the Hospital Solutions team, you will be responsible for enhancing existing products and creating new ones that meet the needs of our users and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the best hospitals in the country and help them reach the right clinician audience with clinically relevant information. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Manager, you will own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals. You will inspire a cross-functional team of engineers and data analysts in the development of new product initiatives, gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on business goals and internal user needs, and lead an Agile/Scrum process to establish the product roadmap with R&D and commercial stakeholders. You will also identify, assess, and scope product opportunities, driving new feature development from conception to launch and optimization, collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and enhance partnerships that drive product success, and work closely with sales and client success teams to optimize product strategy and ensure client satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, a highly analytical mindset, and the ability to use data to inform decisions. Experience working hands-on with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, is a plus. You will also need to be results-oriented, able to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of R&D and commercial partners, and have a MacGyver attitude to get things done. Prior experience in healthcare, particularly basic familiarity with claims data and/or referral flows, is a plus. The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $172,000 (inclusive of salary + bonus + equity).
