Product Manager, Global Payouts – Cross-Border & Enterprise Capabilities

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager, Global Payouts – Cross-Border & Enterprise Capabilities at Stripe, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our financial infrastructure platform. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced product leader to spearhead our cross-border expansion and enterprise capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and driving execution across two key pillars: cross-border and enterprise capabilities. In this high-impact role, you will: * Expand the reach and competitive edge of our cross-border infrastructure by building out rate locking, local bank account coverage, and cross-border card rails. * Define and deliver advanced controls, reporting, and billing features required by sophisticated, high-volume operators, including recipient tax reporting, two-step confirmation workflows, and robust security access controls. * Partner directly with Sales, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to convert active enterprise demand into durable product investments, developing industry-specific capabilities for key verticals like remittance and fintech. * Design industry-specific solutions for high-value verticals rooted in deep user research and strategic GTM alignment. * Collaborate seamlessly across Financial Accounts, Connect, and the broader money movement platform to ensure new capabilities integrate cleanly and compound in value over time. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: * 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven ability to own a product area end-to-end. * Demonstrated ability to work with Sales, GTM, or enterprise customers and translate their needs into scalable product investments. * Strong analytical instincts, with comfort with data, metrics, and building the measurement framework before you ship. * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across functions and levels.
