ABOUT THE ROLE The Product Manager, Ecosystem Risk at Stripe is a critical role that sits at the intersection of growth and protection. This position is responsible for building financial infrastructure at scale, delivering merchant-facing UI and API experiences, and developing AI-driven solutions to combat financial crimes. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Product Manager, Ecosystem Risk, you will be responsible for owning the vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered financial crimes controls. This includes building core infrastructure, developing investigator tools, and driving cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, design, data science, go-to-market, legal, and product teams. You will also define and own success metrics, navigate complex trade-offs, and measure outcomes to demonstrate impact. Additionally, you will monitor the external landscape, regulatory trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and identify opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of building infrastructure and user experiences at scale. You should also have experience operating effectively in highly cross-functional environments and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience in financial crimes or fraud prevention within financial services is a plus.
