ABOUT THE ROLE Asana is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution for Asana's new product for the agentic software development lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in defining how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work from first principles to conceptualize, launch, and iterate on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Product Manager, you will partner closely with design, research, and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and "obviously right" to high-performing teams. You will validate your bets directly with demanding customers and be accountable for turning those insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact. Your responsibilities will include delivering a high-craft product to a new kind of customer for Asana, building product with strong passion and operational maturity, creating a product strategy to balance multiple priorities and use cases across customers, product teams, and enterprise-level compliance, negotiating with partner teams and delivering a compelling roadmap, and maximizing clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting concrete goals and milestones. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a background in building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience. You will be a systems thinker who feels comfortable modeling data relationships in a technical diagram and partnering with Design to walk stakeholders through a holistic UX flow. You will also be a strategic thinker who inspires the company by creating bold, intuitive work connections within the platform and scoping them to solve the most critical customer problems. WHY REMOTE This is a remote role with an estimated base salary range of between 37,000 - 46,000 PLN gross per month. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
