Procurement Excellence Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to businesses like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a Procurement Excellence Specialist, you'll join our global Procurement Excellence team within our Finance function, contributing to our 10x ambition through risk mitigation and contract and vendor management. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Procurement Excellence Specialist, you'll have a diverse range of tasks, including contract management, third-party risk management, and vendor onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing new vendor requests and assessing them on data completeness and accuracy before approval - Leading the vendor onboarding process, including follow-up with vendors and internal teams - Conducting risk management and assessing third-party information using Adyen's third-party risk framework - Monitoring contractual agreements to ensure internal teams are managing vendor contracts on time and within Adyen's risk appetite WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 1-2 years of experience in an operational (risk management) role - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Data-driven analytical mindset - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage - Global mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role is based out of our Amsterdam office and requires in-person collaboration.
