Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Management Associate to join our Network Operations Team at Oscar. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective process improvement strategies. The Process Management Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Process Management Associate, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including process mapping, data collection, and identifying areas for improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine process improvement objectives. You will also develop and implement process improvement strategies, including the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams. Additionally, you will utilize process management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of waste within existing processes. You will facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. You will also lead or participate in process improvement projects, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of desired outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience. You will also need 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement, or a similar field. Additionally, you will need 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks. You will also need 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping. WHY REMOTE This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, Georgia. You will be fully remote, with the potential for future models to involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area.
